Tamsin blasts her way out!

We had another fun shoot this weekend, with Valoria (Tamsin Riley) resorting to thieving a laser pistol in order to blast her way out of a difficult predicament!

The shoot was a continuation of a scene begun in February in which Goddess Valoria finds herself a slave to the powerful Vexx Morelli, one of the galaxy's most feared brothel owners.

With a few months' separation between starting and completing this scene, it was down to lighting technician Gary Foxton to make sure that the lighting matched between the two filming sessions. Plus, of course, everything else had to match too!

'Makeup, hair, props – all of these things needed to match our shoot from earlier in the year to make sure that the final scene is seamless', said Paul Donnelly, writer/director. 'And we also took the opportunity to reshoot a few things, which is a rare luxury. Sometimes it can be so hectic on set that it's only when you get to editing a scene that you think "Oh, we could have/should have done that better or differently", so it's nice that we have been able to do that.
